                                                            Booking Confirmation

Once you've booked your appointment by phone or online you will receive an email or WhatsApp from our                                    office or bridal stylist to prepare you for your upcoming consultation.

                                                            Two Hour Consultation

    When you arrive for your 2-hour consultation, your bridal stylist will welcome and chat with you, asking     questions about your wedding to make sure she understand what you need and what you are looking for.

                                                            Discovery Of the Dress
                                         
  The stylist will show you a big selection of stunning dresses. Your Experience lasts up to 2-Hours allowing         you plenty of time to try on different dresses, take measurements and discuss the different options                                                                                             available in style.

                                                          Saying "Yes to The Dress" !!

 Once you find your dream dress and you are happy your dream dress will be packed away if you bought it  or will be ordered in your size, just remember that an order can take up to 7/8 months to arrive. If you hired                                                        the dress your name will go on for the special day.

                                                                        Alterations

When your dress arrived or we come closer to your wedding date our alterations manager will contact you   to book for your dress fittings and make sure that everything with the gown is perfect. We do have trained    in house seamstresses that guarantee an easy and pleasant fitting process. We keep very high standards                                                                               during all these processes.

                                                                 Dress Collections

 Once your fitting process is done we carefully pack your gown with a hanger into a dress bag, making sure                                                   your wedding dress is protected and safe at all times.
